Great Open House!

I hosted the Open House for Ken Hayes yesterday.  He and Realty Executives-Hedges Real Estate, Inc. have the listing for 909 W. 27th Street.  We had a good turnout!

I love to meet new people, so I'll be offering to help agents when they need an extra open house.  I'll keep you posted on the next time!

Open House this Sunday! August 9th Starts at 1 pm

I'm lucky to work with a bunch of kind and successful people at Realty Executives-Hedges Real Estate, Inc.    Just yesterday, Ken Hayes asked if I would be willing to do an Open House at his listing on 27th Street.  Of course, I said yes!

This is a fantastic 3 bedroom 2 bath home that has been fully refurbished.  I loved it from the exterior and the colors they chose for the house number, front door and the shutters.

Then when I walked inside:  the floors were gorgeous!

I really like the flow of the home.  It's very fluid and provides excellent space for not only everyday living, but entertaining friends and family, as well.  The kitchen is eat-in but there's a space that could be used as a dining room or as a formal living area.
